So Toronto is going through another civil worker's union strike.  You know what that means... garbage workers are not picking up garbage AGAIN!!!  Seems as if Toronto get stuck with this issue every few years.  Ephman is so happy he moved away from there over 10 years ago.  No more garbage worker strike for him. 

You'd think that with the state of our economy and how basically bankrupt Toronto is now with the lack of tax dollars coming in, and basically a moronic mayor (bring back Mel!), the civil workers would smarten up.  But that does not seem to be the case.  As much as Toronto is hockey capital of the world there is no other place to toss garbage but in public parks, and in particular inside the outdoor hockey rinks.  This is so disgusting!

Shouldn't garbage workers be forced by the province to work as an essential worker, like the Police or Fire Department?  This is a total health hazzard, and just think about the environment around there.  It's summer too!  STINKY!!!  Ok the picture Ephman took, is easy going on the eyes, he doesn't want any of his readers barfing!  Take special note of the tape around the openings of the gabarge can... it's all taped up and still garbage spills out.  Nice Eh?
