Unbelievable!!! Black Francis, Joey Santiago, Kim Deal, and David Lovering must've decided that it was time to replenish their bank accounts. Hey, things ain't so great in the economy. So, you really can't blame them. In fact they were selling live recordings of the show for 25 bucks ready for download within 48 hours. But hey they did play the complete Doolittle album. The only issue Ephman has with this was that there really didn't seem to be very much interpretation or changes from the original album. But that might've just been a plan to start with. Don't get him wrong this was one unbelievable concert right from the start. And obviously if you notice the end well you'll know that their songs are made for people with attention spans as long as an inchworm. Ephman means there is no song longer than like doing a half minutes. Okay fine maybe There Goes My Gun is a little bit longer. So this was one real fast pace bang bang bang song after song after song one after another from start to finish.

Songs like Debaser, Hey, There Goes My Gun, and Monkey Gone to Heaven, were all done as if it was the last time they'll ever sing these songs live. One of the coolest parts though of the show was that it seemed as though the band all caught along. At one point Black Francis actually walked over to Kim Deal and it looked like they were actually smiling. According to a friend that for $60 a ticket they should be smiling.

Now if you're like Ephman, part of what makes a concert great isn't just the music, isn't just the crowd, isn't just the booze, it's what is also going on in the show. Every song had a wicked video playing in the background. Actually watch that Hey video and it's as if it was one big karaoke tune. Obviously with songs that only last like two minutes they have to play more than just the Doolittle album. So for Into the White backed fog machine in fact those five fog machines were on full blast throughout the whole song. Hammerstein Ballroom looked as though there was this massive fire going on. This was one great stage show. Mind you Ephman seen better but what made this so great was that it was totally unsuspected from the Pixies.
