Ephman's been thinking about this article for a while.  He's been testing and testing and testing things out to make sure that every drink he lists is of the best quality.  Now I've actually seen him down all these drinks, and it wasn't in one night, nor was it pretty.  However, Ephman want me to tell you that there is something on this list for somebody.  He also want to extend his thanks to Drinks Mixer for their help.  Now I have to go and scrape him off the floor.

Bloody Caesar

1 oz vodka
salt
celery salt
pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco® sauce
Clamato juice

This is Ephman's favorite drink.  Most people will throw up after hearing what's actually in Clamato juice.  But for some reason or another I've seen Ephman pound these back like tomorrow's not going to show up. 

After Work Special

3 oz Amaretto Di Amore® liqueur
2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 oz Bacardi® white rum
3 - 6 oz orange juice
3 - 6 oz pineapple juice

Ephman's kind of thinking any drink name an "After Work Special" Should make this list.  Just for namesake alone. 

Grateful Dead

1 part Tequila
1 part Vodka
1 part light Rum
1 part Gin
1 part raspberry liqueur

 OK Ephman's been to his fair share of Grateful Dead concerts.  And there's no better occasion then a Dead Show for a drink!

Rum Toddy

2 oz rum
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 twist lemon peel
2 tsp water

So as you can probably tell Ephman love rum.  He once told me of his adventures on the open seas... but that's for another story.

1800 Pink Grapefruit Margarita

2 oz 1800® Reposado Tequila
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz lime juice

It just seems as though you can't have any good occasion without a margarita.  See they seem to make people totally crazy!

Canadian Old-Fashioned

2 oz Canadian whisky
1 tsp Triple Sec
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash fresh lemon juice

There's a lot of different ways to make this old school drink.  It's the sort of thing that's making a comeback and why it's on this list. 

Celebration

2 1/2 parts gold rum
1 part brandy
1 part triple sec
1 part lemon juice
5 drops orange bitters

Every occasion is a time for a celebration.  This drink will totally knock you out in more ways then one (or two or three or four....)
