Very excited to see this play.  It's been nominated for a bunch of Tony's this year.  And this years nominations for all categories are really good plays.  So it's a tough year to win anything.  But this is a revival.  Ephman's been known to be a bit of a Broadway snob, by thinking that the original cast is what counts.  Well, that was a long time ago.  Oliver Platt is in this, and he always puts on a great performance.  The Bronx is Burning mini-series and he played George Steinbrenner was addicting.  Never heard him sing before.  Since it has been nominated his year, the rest of the cast can not be too shabby.   Guys and Dolls is a Frank Lesser play based on 2 different books by Jo Swerling, Abe Burrows who collaborated and Damon Ruyun.
