Ah you might think that all NYC street fairs are the same... but this is a festival. So it's not full of gross food, cheap clothes, and yucky people bugging to give you a street massage.
Ephman was skeptical 5 years ago when he heard that they were going to take this junky elevated railroad track on the west side of Manhattan an turn it into something really nice. Guess what? It's great!
