Top 10 Travel Cities to Visit

The Economist today came out with the list of the top livable cities.  Nice to see 3 Canadian cities in the top 10.  Toronto Ephman's hometown was number 4.  So the inspiration came to make Ephman's Top 10 Travel Cities.
