Twitter sucks, and it also doesn't suck. That's not to say Twitter itself sucks. It kind of doesn't. Just sometimes like Twitter sucks because some times things just do. Just like the intro to this blog post... it sucks. But what can you say when you're doing it from the Bahamas right?
Yes can you believe it, the iPhone sucks. Ephman can't stand his. But he's stuck with it until something else comes his way. And when that day comes they'll be so much joy to his world. Apple your iPhone sucks.
This might actually be one of the greatest collections of geeky websites ever compiled. To let you know this has taken Ephman years and years to put together. There are truly some gems, and truly some duds. More gems though. Live long geeks... the pretty girls love you anyways.
There are extreme sports, like snowboarding, motocross, skateboarding, and then there sports that are extreme. And an Ultramarathon is one of 'em. The big daddy of them all is AdventureCORPS Badwater.

Sam Osterhout has a radio show call Radio Happy Hour, well actually it's not on the radio, and it's not really recorded in a sound studio... BUT BETTER it all takes place during a real happy hour at (le) poisson rouge. There is all the sound effects, the stories, and guest appearences you can imagine.
Although today is qaulifying day at the German Grand Prix, Ephman had a great walkthough of the '09 running of the Bullrun. Ephman got a great interview with co-driver Monty Webb of Revive Racing, and an "exclusive" with wrestling superstar and host of Bullrun Bill Goldberg. The worst day of Ephman's life came when his wife got diagnosed with a stage 3 Melanoma tumour. Yuck! But here's the rub, and why this page exisits on the blog. She's run 5 marathons. Her last New York City Marathon was 3:46:07 (she'd be mad if that 7 second was listed). Anyways Ephman's giving up the mic and letting her tell her own story.
