Ephman loves it when there's a little bit of chaos in NYC.  Not like 9/11 chaos, that's just crazy people.  And nothing better then an good old fashioned New York CIty Blizzard.  It's fun.

It's the sort of chaos that doesn't really hurt anybody, but kind of takes people off their guard.  Ephman loves that stuff.  Anyways his office today is empty.  He guess's people just can't seem to walk through a little snow.  Babies...
