This guy Officer Boner from NYC's West Villiage 6th Precinct is a total jerk.  Gave Ephman a ticket for honking him.  Yeah Ephman honked a cop.  Whatever, he was sitting at a green light for over 30 seconds, and all he needed to do was pull over.  Thought he didn't see the green, and blamo that dink Officer Boner (aka Officer Bonner), slammed me for a ticket.  You're a horses ass Officer Bonner from the 6th Precinct in NYC.
